Compass Assessment Consultants Inc. is the longest standing property assessment service provider in the Province of Alberta. We have a proud history of serving both our client municipalities and their rate payers with quality assessments and friendly service.

Compass currently provides assessment services to 11 municipalities throughout northern Alberta (2 Counties, 1 Municipal District, 4 Towns, & 4 Villages). Our team is knowledgeable and experienced in all facets of property assessment.

Our goal is to provide everyone affected by the property tax function of government with quality service, dependable valuations, routine maintenance and reliable expertise.

We are a member company of the Alberta Assessors’ Association. Our staff are members in good standing with the Alberta Assessors’ Association and the International Association of Assessing Officers.
